Volunteer application data is collected via Google Forms and stored securely within Google Workspace systems accessible only to authorised project administrators.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Volunteer application information is retained only for as long as necessary to assess suitability and manage the Archive’s volunteer structure.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information at any time by contacting the Archive directly.
